St. Nikolas makes children's dreams come true

Despite difficult times, we find time and resources with you to give a little hope and care to children deprived of parental care.

On December 14-15, 38 pupils from care institutions of the Ternopil region visited the Epicenter shopping Center, where they had the opportunity to choose a gift for themselves. And our Nicholas purchased them. The charity event "St.Nicolas fulfills children's dreams" was held for the first time in this format and the children really liked it.

After shopping, the children had tea, talked with St.Nickolas and volunteers – were sharing positive impressions about the day. Joy and laughter filled the shopping center as St. Nicholas walked between the rows, giving every child and adult a smile and some even received sweets. During these two days, the shopping center was like a fairy tale for the children, which they entered for the first time.

In these difficult days, it is important for children to feel attention, and especially on the holiday of St.Nicholas.

We thank the Epicenter’ volunteers who advised the children when choosing a gift.

St. Nicholas Day for children took place thanks to benefactors who responded and helped: Natalya, Nathan Baig, Maidan Malaga UCRANIANOS EN CORDOBA and, of course, our 50 Ternopil residents.

Donations came: UAH 58,800 ($1,611.00)

Spent on gifts - UAH 65,000 ($1,781.00)

In addition, our ten graduates of residential institutions, who are raising their own children and are in difficult life circumstances, received the necessary grocery sets and sweets for their children.

Also, we would like to thank the Global Fund for Children for supporting and fulfilling the dreams of 122 children of family-type orphanages (DBST) of the Ternopil region during the Christmas and New Year holidays. The budget: UAH 122,000 ($3,342.46)

Family education is important in every child's life, especially during the holidays!

We wish all our good people a peaceful sky and good health.
