Here we share our experience of working with young people (17-35 years old) who have left state care institutions and are adapting to adult independent life and need our support. The coordinator of work with our youth is Zoryana Vitushynska. She has 14 years of experience working with orphans. Her task is to interact with young people, listen to their problems and receive applications for assistance, provide consultations in resolving issues related to documents, finding a doctor, dentist, housing and registration. Zorian organizes joint support meetings every second month.

So, in the first three months January, February and March of 2025 twenty eight young people from among orphans and those who left without parental care in the Ternopil region received financial assistance for a total amount of 146,400 hryvnias ($ 3,485) to solve household problems, pay utilities during the heating season, treatment and dentistry, workshops and education.

During this period, Zoryana organized two mutual support meetings with workshops and games for young people, which is very important during their first steps towards independence in a new environment.

To solve housing issues, when a critical situation arises with overnight accommodation and improve housing conditions, 42,561 UAH of charitable funds from our benefactors were spent for eight young people

Development and education?! Three of our wards received financial assistance for education: 41,400 UAH of your help was invested in this direction.
