A Homely Christmas Respite for Orphans

This Christmas break was special for 12 orphaned children who spent the holiday time at the home of the charitable foundation "Orphans' Future." Here, an atmosphere of warmth, peace, joy, and care prevailed.

The children enjoyed a Christmas Eve supper, went caroling, and performed the traditional grain-tossing ritual "zasivannia," feeling the spirit of Ukrainian customs.

Together, we created the holidays with our own hands: we decorated cookies with Natalia, baked cupcakes with Maria Levynets, and painted delicate little angels on glass with Olya at the "Divotvorechyky" studio—laughing and rejoicing every moment. There were also many exciting experiences—a trip to the waterpark, a professional photo shoot at the studio, an outing to McDonald’s, walks, and the long-awaited chance to simply... sleep in to their hearts' content.

The children welcomed the New Year in style—a festive Ukrainian-style lunch at the "Old Mill" restaurant became another warm memory in their hearts.

We sincerely thank our benefactors who helped make these winter holidays possible for the children—a homey time filled with bright impressions, heartfelt gratitude, and faith in kindness.

The representatives of the "Orphans' Future" foundation—Andriy Nazarenko, Zoryana Vitushynska, and Volodymyr Yavorsky—put in maximum effort to organize these bright moments during the break. Thank you!
